Q: I can’t close the Xentry program for my VXDIAG VCX SE Benz. Clicking the close button doesn’t work — what should I do?
A: To properly close Xentry, you need to click the Xentry shortcut icon on the desktop (the launch button).
This will safely shut down the software.
Note: Xentry may not close from the top-right “X” button as expected. Always use the desktop launcher to exit the program fully.
