Q: When I launch VXDIAG VCX SE for Benz XENTRY, I get this error:
“Diagnosis could not be started. There is no valid startKey available. Please check the StartKey in ConfigAssist and order a new startKey if necessary.”
A: This issue can be resolved by disabling Secure Boot in your computer’s BIOS settings. Once Secure Boot is disabled, XENTRY should start normally.
