Customer Inquiry: My VXDIAG Benz prompts me with “VCI 87517478 cannot be used. Firmware is older than the installed program version.” How can I resolve this?
Solution:
1. As shown in the screenshot, open “VXDIAG,” click on “Firmware,” and select VCI and Doip for upgrade.
2. After successfully upgrading the VCI and Doip hardware, exit the current window, and select [Diagnostic] >> [BENZ C6] >> [Update] to update.
3. After the update was successful, we found that this problem still existed. Exit the current page and select “BENZ C6” again, click “Uninstall”, and then click “Install”.
Now the VCI 87517478 is available!
