Problem Description:
I purchased VCXDIAG with the Benz license, but unfortunately, it is not working. I booted the system from the hard drive with Secure Boot turned off. I followed all the instructions exactly as described, including uninstalling and reinstalling Benz C6. However, I am getting the same error as shown in the picture.
After that, I ran the included 870.exe, but the error remained. Then I downloaded another 870.exe patch from the VCXDIAG website and executed it as well, but the error is still there. I am unable to read my vehicle, a Mercedes-Benz S-Class W221.
Please advise how to resolve this issue.

Click the link to download DAS 870.exe to the desktop, then run it.
