A: The issue can be fixed by replacing the DiagnosticTool.ini file. Follow the steps below:
Go to:
C:\Win10Prox64\Consult-iii_Plus\System\Application\ApplicationData\CommonSetting
Delete the existing DiagnosticTool.ini file.
Copy the DiagnosticTool.ini file from the software folder and paste it into the CommonSetting folder.
On the desktop, right-click the Loader icon and select Run as administrator.
Now, the Immobilizer menu will be activated, and you can use the function without any issues.
