Solution: Renault’s driver is not VX Manager, there is a separate software.
If the antivirus is not turned off, the installed software file is killed and this problem occurs, you need to install the RENAULT VCI Driver 1.8.9.0708.exe, and it is better to install it on the Win 10 pro version.
