Customer Inquiry: My JLR SDD Software, the old version of Land Rover software can read VIN, but the new version (DoIP pathfinder) shows no VCI connection, even though I have the license. I tried to refresh the firmware, but the error remains the same. How can I resolve this?

Solution:
First, you need to install the driver. Download and copy it to the desktop and then click to install.
After installing the original factory driver, proceed to install the VCX JLR DOIP driver (remember to close the diagnostic software first).
