Problem:
When launching VXDIAG VCX NANO for GM, the following error appears:
“Security Warning: The installed license does not match this computer. Request a new license from the DPS portal.”
Solution:
Currently, there is no updated patch for DPS. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Set your system time back to August 2023.
2. Change your system language to English.
After completing these steps, restart your computer and try running the software again.
