Problem Description: The VXDIAG VX Manager cannot connect to the Internet, cannot install the driver, and cannot update the authorization.
Solution:
1. Open the network connection menu and find the network adapter that the device is connected to, as shown in the red box:
2. Double-click the network adapter, click Properties, find IPV4, and click it as shown in the figure:
3. Manually change the DNS IP to 8.8.8.8 (as shown in the figure) and click Confirm.
Note: If the VX Manager is still offline after adjusting according to the above method, change the computer network and try again.
