Recently, our customer contacted us and said that when he opened his VXDIAG VCX SE BENZ Xentry software, the following error message appeared: “No access authorization code! Please contact the User Help Desk”.
Our customer service reported the customer’s problem to the technician, who replied that the solution to this problem was the same as the solution to the Xentry 2024.3 software crash problem.
