Issue:
When testing a Renault Megane IV (2019) using VXDIAG VCX SE, the system shows the following error:
“THE VIN DOES NOT IDENTIFY THE VEHICLE. ENTER THE MISSING INFORMATION MANUALLY.”
Solution:
For Renault vehicles produced after 2016, a Renault security dongle is required to proceed with diagnostics.
