(Fixed) Unable to view purchased licenses on VX Manager

Customer Problem: I just purchased a VCX Nano. When I start the VX Manager there are no licenses. Is the license not included with the scanner?

Solution:
Update the firmware, and if it still doesn’t work, send us the serial number to check.
