This article will introduce you to how to update the firmware of VXDIAG VCX.
Note: VCX devices are constantly optimizing your device and adding new features by updating the firmware, please keep your device firmware updated!
Step 1. Connect your device
It is recommended to use the wired connection method when updating the firmware: USB or LAN. Please refer to the “VXDIAG Device Connection Setup Guide” to connect the device and computer.

Step 2. Firmware update
Launch VX Manager and select [Device Manager] >>[Information]; a “+” sign will appear on the right side of the [Firmware] button, which means the firmware can be updated.
Then click [Firmware] and [Upgrade] to update the firmware.
Note: During the update, do not disconnect VXDIAG from your PC.
Once the update is complete and the update dialog is closed, the updated firmware version will be displayed in VX Manager [Device Information].
