This post shows how to use the original factory diagnostic functions for your vxdiag device, use JLR SDD as an example.
Here are the steps:
1. Installation VX Manager

2. VXDIAG Connection
Connect the OBD-II cable to the vehicle’s 16-pin diagnostic port, and USB cable to the PC.
The first time connect VXDIAG, you need to install a USB driver.
If the device has been installed USB driver, you just need to connect the VXDIAG, then go to The Next Step.

3. Buy License and Update
If the device has been updating the License, you can go to the Next Step.

4. Installation OEM Driver
Click the [Diagnostic Apps] tab on the VX Manager software interface, then click [My Apps]
Click [JLR SDD] and you will get a driver installation window, then click [Install]
If JLR SDD has been installed, then click [Update] to Update JLR SDD driver.
“Install Complete” click [close]

5. Run Original Factory Diagnosis Software
Click the [Diagnostic Apps] tab on the VX Manager software interface, then click [My Apps]
Click [JLR SDD] and you will get a window, then click [Run] to run JLR SDD diagnosis software.
